About Owen
Owen was born in Missoula and has lived here all his life. He has deep roots in Missoula with both of his parents having been born and raised here as well.
Throughout High School, and for 10 years following, Owen worked in the retail shoe business. A lifelong passion for automobiles led him to a 25 year career encompassing auto sales, rental, purchasing and management. After leaving the retail side of the automobile business Owen was the Executive Director of The Montana Independent Automobile Dealers Association. In 2019 Owen joined his daughter Carly Kelley McDonnell’s real estate team.
Owen and his wife Linda have been married for forty plus years and have two daughters, Carly and Leah, and 3 grandsons. All four are classic Ford automobile enthusiasts, a hobby that Linda and Owen have enjoyed for over 40 years.
The most enjoyable aspect of his career in sales are the people he has met and worked with over the years, many of whom have become longtime friends.
